With 5 spacious bedrooms and two separate living areas, everyone will have a space to call their own. You’ll enjoy ample space for parking, on site washer and dryer, air conditioning to stay cool during the summer, and an outdoor picnic area complete with a park style charcoal grill. Early check in, if available must be arranged and paid for in advance. $25/hr up to 3 hours early, more than 3 hours and you must book the night before because I will have to block that night. Late check out- if available, must be arranged in advance and is $25/hr up to 3 hours and more than 3 hours will be charged for an additional day. Any items left behind will be disposed of the same day. We cannot hold onto any personal items due to the quick turn around of guests. If you left something behind you must notify the host within 2 hours of check out and arrange to pick it up the same day.

Very roomy home and loved the garage converted to a game room. The local park around the corner has clean walking trails, fountain ponds, tennis courts and a play ground. The home was well laid out with large rooms and accommodated our family needs. Very quiet neighborhood with grocery store and drug store nearby. Great stay!

The home was clean and served what we needed during our stay. The day we arrived it was raining, and the carport came in very handy. I appreciated Heidi's quick response with questions. The area was very nice. We were there for our sons wedding and the area was very convenient to Greenville and Washington. Thank you for sharing your home during this special time for our family.

My daughter got married this past weekend at The Cotton Barn in Winterville. Heidi’s house was only 1 1/2 miles from the Venue. It was perfect with plenty of room for my sister and her kids too! The sunroom was nice to get away and chat on the phone or get out of the house. Cute little porch. Huge garage for easy load and unloading. Her place is Beautiful, clean and perfect for large number of guests with its 5 bedrooms. Plenty of parking too! If I have to stay close to Greenville again I will definitely stay here!!

The only thing I will say if you stay there, don’t expect a TV in every room, but that wasn’t even important. Everybody have phones tablets, computers, extra TVs, etc. it is a great location for the price.

Heidi was a wonderful host and responded immediately when I reached out. The place was cozy and comfortable and met my family need so that we could all be together. It was very accommodating for our three small children and had books and toys that they could play with. We loved the L-shape layout of the house, with the master bedroom being off to itself and the other bedrooms were side by side. The sunroom was nicely located as you walked in that separated the garage from the house. The neighborhood was quiet and walk/run friendly as we saw individuals out running. The driveway was very accommodating for our 12-passenger van.

The cost of Heidi's place was justified. Despite my numerous inquiries about staying in a new location, she remained patient and provided thorough explanations. The house was in excellent condition and equipped with cutting-edge appliances. The patio was a fantastic spot to unwind. Even the neighbors stopped by to chat with us. We didn't need to buy anything because the house was well-stocked with pots, pans, tissues, dish soap, and so on. It was undoubtedly a wise purchase.

Heidi's home was just as pictured and it was big enough for my family of 8. Location was perfect and there's nothing bad to say. I would recommend adding tv's in the bedrooms. I would definitely rent again. Thanks Heidi

My cousins and I rented Heidi’s beautiful and spacious home on a family visit to our other cousin. Heidi was helpful, kind, and flexible as a host. Her home was beautiful, cleaned, spacious, and had ample space for all of us to hang out and also to sleep. Heidi was ESPECIALLY helpful and went above and beyond to accommodate my 4 month old niece with a pack and play. This made our stay so much easier and stress-free because we did not have to get a pack and play on a plane. Very thankful and highly recommended!
