Winterville Rentals

This home was an absolute gem during our time in Greenville. We leased it for a few weeks while our TV crew was working in the area, and it couldn’t have been a better fit. The space was spotless, beautifully maintained, and had a warm, welcoming vibe that made it feel like a true home away from home. The host was fantastic—very communicative, responsive, and easy to work with throughout the entire process. It made coordinating everything so much easier, especially with the busy schedule of a production team. We’re so grateful for the hospitality and care put into this home. Would absolutely stay again and highly recommend to anyone visiting the area!

Very roomy home and loved the garage converted to a game room. The local park around the corner has clean walking trails, fountain ponds, tennis courts and a play ground. The home was well laid out with large rooms and accommodated our family needs. Very quiet neighborhood with grocery store and drug store nearby. Great stay!

Amazing private get away for me especially because I wanted to get out of town away from Virginia Beach and also LOVED the jacuzzi. The home was very clean and looked like all the pictures, I thoroughly enjoyed myself.

The home was clean and served what we needed during our stay. The day we arrived it was raining, and the carport came in very handy. I appreciated Heidi's quick response with questions. The area was very nice. We were there for our sons wedding and the area was very convenient to Greenville and Washington. Thank you for sharing your home during this special time for our family.

My daughter got married this past weekend at The Cotton Barn in Winterville. Heidi’s house was only 1 1/2 miles from the Venue. It was perfect with plenty of room for my sister and her kids too! The sunroom was nice to get away and chat on the phone or get out of the house. Cute little porch. Huge garage for easy load and unloading. Her place is Beautiful, clean and perfect for large number of guests with its 5 bedrooms. Plenty of parking too! If I have to stay close to Greenville again I will definitely stay here!!

The only thing I will say if you stay there, don’t expect a TV in every room, but that wasn’t even important. Everybody have phones tablets, computers, extra TVs, etc. it is a great location for the price.

Great place to stay for a local getaway in Greenville ! Everything was relatively close and the surroundings was peaceful! The house matches all the pictures and descriptions and it was VERY clean!

Heidi’s place was everything I needed. The AirBnB wars very spacious and was clean from top to bottom. She was an amazing host and I would recommend her to anyone.

Heidi was a wonderful host and responded immediately when I reached out. The place was cozy and comfortable and met my family need so that we could all be together. It was very accommodating for our three small children and had books and toys that they could play with. We loved the L-shape layout of the house, with the master bedroom being off to itself and the other bedrooms were side by side. The sunroom was nicely located as you walked in that separated the garage from the house. The neighborhood was quiet and walk/run friendly as we saw individuals out running. The driveway was very accommodating for our 12-passenger van.

Heidi is an exceptional hostess! Her place was not only spotless but comfy, too! This place is a great spot and convenient to grocery stores, restaurants, and not far from downtown. We booked this the same day and super last minute due to needing a different place asap and Heidi was not only super responsive but friendly and accommodating, too! I highly recommend this Air BnB and the beds are extremely comfortable. We will stay again the next time we are in town.
